Living in the Now: A Free Mindfulness Training Series

To live in the now, is to be mindful, peaceful, relaxed, and joyful. These meditations and talks will help you develop the skills, attitudes, and understandings that will help you be a more genuine, loving, courageous, and wise person.

Each class consists of a guided meditation and a talk. Each class is less than 90 minutes long. Listen to the classes at your own pace, but try to get in at least one per week. Enjoy!
