This 29-minute mindfulness meditation was given December 12, 2017 by Freeman at the Boundless Love Project’s Group Meditation. After doing this meditation, we suggest you listen to the talk, “An Intro to True Love: Kindness, Peace, Compassion, and Joy,” which happened afterwards.

Meditation details:

• This loving-kindness meditation includes sending your love to a benefactor, yourself, a close friend, an acquaintance, and a being with whom you have mild difficulties. It is helpful to choose these people beforehand so as to avoid the mental distraction of deciding who to choose during the meditation.

• Deep gratitude goes out to Kamala Masters whose Metta Meditations I have enjoyed, learned so much from, and used as the basis for this meditation.
