Use Value Cards to Help Manifest the Values You Want in Your Life

Value cards remind of the values that we want to prioritize in our life. In this way, they help us lean into manifesting those values in our attitudes, behaviors, and life.

Tips for using value cards

  1. Work with two or five values at a time, for several months, or as long as it takes to create new habits of thinking and being.

  2. Hang the value cards in prominent places where you will see them every day, such as on your bathroom mirror, the refrigerator, your work desk, as your computer’s wallpaper and screen saver, etc.

  3. Every morning, read your value cards and set a firm intention to live with this attitude for the day.

  4. Read the value cards several times a day, and recommit to your intentions as you do. Let them remind you of your worthy priorities.

  5. When you experience a mental or emotional storm, read your value cards, take some deep breaths, and apply their wisdom to your situation.

Three fun ways to use these value cards

  1. Print and hang. Download the ones you want to use, and either print them on your printer or send them to a photo shop to have them printed in all their splendor. They can be printed as 4 x 6, or any other size with the same ratio.

  2. Use as your computer’s Wallpaper. Download the value you want to use and select it to be your computer’s wallpaper. For those with a Mac, go into your System Settings, then add photo, and select the slogan card you want to be your Wallpaper.

  3. Use as your computer’s Screen Saver. Download several of the values and save them in a folder. For those with a Mac, you can go into your System Settings, then select Screen Saver, then under photo options, select that folder as your screen saver and it will cycle through all of the value cards in that folder.
