This is the start of our series on the four states of being, or four kinds of love: kindness, peace, compassion, and joy. They are called “states of being,” because they naturally arise from your true, fundamental essence. In this talk, we will briefly introduce you to each of the states, talk about what they all share in common, and explain why it is that we so rarely experience them, even though they are always with us.
This is the premier of a series of talks on the Four States of Being, which is part of our Aspects of Truth Programming.
These group meditations are free and open to the public. Feel free to invite any interested friends, family, and colleagues. Our time together includes a 30-minute guided meditation and talk.
