The Boundless Love Project is a group of people who know that love and wisdom are the best, most skillful, way to respond to any and all situations.

That said, we have noticed that good intentions do not, on their own, allow us to live a wise and loving life all of the time. Thankfully, we have found that practicing mindfulness and loving-kindness meditation does help us live a more loving, peaceful, joyful, wise, and skillful life.

Having benefited greatly from these meditation practices, we want to share them with you, so that you too, may benefit. Forgive us for being forward, but we love you, and we want you to be happy. Your happiness makes us happy! Your happiness also makes the whole world more happy.

To help you be more happy, we created this website full of free guided meditations, meditation trainings, and talks about how to bring more peace, love, and joy into your daily life. We also take action to serve others and heal our wider community. Please love yourself as much as we love you, and take advantage of these opportunities. We would be thrilled if "who we are" includes you, so get started now. Thank you!

Besides being a group of people promoting love and wisdom, the Boundless Love Project is a 501(c)3 public charity, and donations to our group are tax-deductible.

Our official mission is to peacefully create a global beloved community where all life thrives. To this end, we offer meditation and mindfulness training to individuals and groups so they may overcome delusion with truth, cruelty with compassion, greed with peace, and hatred with love.

Oh yeah, that guy!

You may be wondering, who the voice is behind our meditations and talks, and who writes most of the content on our website? His name is Freeman, and he serves as the Boundless Love Project's Mindfulness Teacher.

He's been meditating for over 12 years, done more than 125 days of intensive meditation retreats, and has taught personal development issues at dozens of schools, universities, community groups, and religious centers throughout the U.S.

In addition to teaching for us, he co-facilitates the DharmaCore Queer Meditation Practice Group at Common Ground Meditation Center in Minneapolis, MN. He has studied human psychology, world religions, and personal development; and for now - because he does most of the work around here and volunteers his time - we are stuck with him. Haha! :P

"Mindfulness and meditation have been good to me," says Freeman. "They have helped me overcome negative thinking; deal skillfully with chronic illnesses and other difficulties; and savor the love, beauty, and joy that surround us all. I love sharing meditation with others, and watching them see the benefits of it in their life. I thank the Boundless Love Project for this opportunity to teach. Doing so furthers my own practice and understanding tremendously."

He adds, that he offers his deepest gratitude to his primary teachers: His mom and dad, Peace Pilgrim, Dipa Ma, Pema Chödrön, Carol Wilson, Byron Katie, Jesus, Eckhart Tolle, S.N. Goenka, Gotama Buddha, Martin Luther King, Jr., Mohandas Gandhi, and Mark Nunberg. Follow this link for a more extensive list of his wisdom teachers.
