Meet in the Robert Trail Conference Room

These meetings are free and open to the public. Feel free to invite any interested friends, family, and colleagues.

The format of the group meditations will loosely be:

     6:15 Social time (optional)
     6:30 Meet and greet
     6:35 Guided meditation
     7:05 Talk
     7:35 Q & A and/or discussion
     7:50 Announcements
     7:55 Closing meditation

Helpful information about the venue:

• Office chairs are provided to sit in. If you prefer another arrangement, feel free to bring yoga mats, cushions, blankets of whatever you need to be comfortable during the meditation.
• No donations will be requested or accepted at these meetings. This is the Dakota County Library Policy. If you feel moved to donate, follow the instructions on our donation page, but this is not necessary. These events are offered freely for your benefit and welfare.
